This website is reserved for Beaumont, Texas federal prisoners, their families and friends that were mistreated by the Federal Government for events relating to Hurricane Rita. It is also a service offered by the law firm of Attorney Norman Sirak to communicate with his clients and the loved ones of clients in real time for matters relating to two lawsuits:
Kevin Spotts, et al. v. U.S.A., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case No. 08cv376 [referred to as the Hurricane Rita Lawsuit];
and
Trojack, et al. v. U.S.A., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case No. 08cv593.[referred to as the Unicor Lawsuit]."
