This website is reserved for Beaumont, Texas federal prisoners, their families and friends that were mistreated by the Federal Government for events relating to Hurricane Rita. It is also a service offered by the law firm of Attorney Norman Sirak to communicate with his clients and the loved ones of clients in real time for matters relating to two lawsuits:

Kevin Spotts, et al. v. U.S.A., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case No. 08cv376 [referred to as the Hurricane Rita Lawsuit];

and

 Trojack, et al. v. U.S.A., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case No. 08cv593.[referred to as the Unicor Lawsuit]."

"We also welcome any inmates that are not in either one of these lawsuits but were victimized by this decision not to evacuate or, in the case of Unicor, to return before the prison was properly prepared for them. Please feel free to browse the content of this website and if you have something to contribute, tell us by using the Contact Link."
